-quarter panels about to get cut
-after cutting away whats needed from the quarter panel, a paper stencil design is made. This stencil will be transferred into steel. it will be 45mm wider than factory
-after transferring into steel, it will be fit and welded into the body.
-to accommodate the 45mm larger quarter panels,the rear bumper will need to be widened to fit the newly placed mounts.
-fine detail work will be needed to make the newly wide quarter panels and wide bumper fit like factory.
-after all fine detail work and shaping was done, the quarter panels and rear bumper were primed and ready for paint. The bumper to flare fitment being perfect
